Here's something that might make you uncomfortable: you are not entirely in control of who you are. Your identity—the core of what makes you "you"—is being constantly shaped by other people's brains, whether you realize it or not.

I can assure you this is not another essay about caring too much about what others think, so hear me out. I’m not referring to people-pleasing or losing yourself to external validation.

I was watching Our Universe on Netflix and the way everything is connected is so fascinating.
